On Monday 5 May 2025, we met at the Museum of Liverpool and sketched around the Pier Head. The Liverpool skyline, dock buildings and waterfront landmarks appear in the drawings. One photograph pairs a finished sketch with the buildings that prompted it.
The Museum of Liverpool opened on the waterfront in 2011. Its position brings the museum, docks and the older Pier Head buildings into a single walkable stretch.
