On Monday 21 July 2025, we met at The Old Bank on James Street. Some sketches record the interior fittings while others follow the street outside, picking out carved stonework, windows and the corners of nearby buildings.
The pub occupies a former bank on James Street. Its high ceilings and surviving fittings still suggest the scale of the old banking hall.
