On Monday 1 May 2023, we started by the fountain near the Walker Art Gallery before going on to the May Day march at Derby Square. The sketches record monuments, street furniture, a vehicle and a theatre facade.
The Walker Art Gallery opened in 1877 and forms part of the group of cultural buildings along William Brown Street. This meetup continued across the city to Derby Square.
