Tate café and the Royal Albert Dock

On Monday 14 August 2023, we met at the Tate café on a damp morning and sketched around Albert Dock. Warehouse windows, brick arches and boats seen across the water run through the sketchbooks. Tate Liverpool opened in 1988 in a former warehouse at Albert Dock. The dockside setting in these sketches records the gallery as we visited it in August 2023.
